PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus for business use for executing sportscast relaying or the like that efficiently dissipates heat largely generated from a circuit board of a camera (imaging apparatus) and utilizes the heat for solving a problem of dew condensation or the like on a lens. SOLUTION: An air guide path is formed between the camera and a lens unit, and the heat generated from the camera is utilized for the prevention of the dew condensation on the lens and the warming of a lens operation means or the like.
