<p>A reuse assignment method comprises: a base station persistently assigning reuse resources to a reuse user through a reuse assignment message, and assigning a start of packet channel to the reuse user; the reuse user detecting bearer state on the start of packet channel, determining whether to receive data packets transmitted on the reuse resources according to a detecting result. Additionally, a reuse assignment system is also provided by the present invention and comprises: a base station for sending a reuse assignment message to a reuse user device, persistently assigning reuse resources to the reuse user device, assigning a start of packet channel to the reuse user device, and sending the position of the start of packet channel assigned to the reuse user; a reuse user device, for detecting a bearer state on the start of packet channel, and determining whether to receive data packets transmitted on the reuse resources. The present invention can realize persistent assignment of the reuse resources, reduction of signaling overhead, and saving of power resources.</p> |
