The transmitter comprises a booster for boosting -V voltage, a controller for controlling the output of the booster and an A terminal which is connected to the K1 of the relay unit which provides or cuts off +V voltage and is connected in parallel with the switchs W16, and a B terminal which is connected to the previous relay unit via P1 and provides or cuts off -V voltage. The switch SW17 is connected in paralled with K2 which is also connected to B terminal.
