The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a magnet. The present invention comprises: a frame which is installed in a robot arm of an X and Y table actuator with a control unit for controlling the operation by a program and has a guide rail that is parallel to both front sides; a pair of first and second guide bars mounted in the guide rail; a pair of first and second servo motors which are mounted in the upper side of the frame and can be selectively driven by the control of the control unit and can be rotated forward or backward; a pair of first and second shafts inserted into the pair of first and second servo motors; two pairs of axle guards which are mounted in the frame and are inserted to rotate the first and second shafts; first and second conveying units which are inserted into the first and second shafts and are fixed to the first and second guide bars; a magnet chuck that is fixed to the first guide bar and ascends and descends together with the first guide bar that performs a straight line motion at the time of rotating the first shaft; and a push shaft that ascends and descends together with the second guide bar that performs a straight line motion at the time of rotating the second shaft, wherein the upper part thereof is fixed to the second guide bar and the lower power thereof penetrates the magnet chuck. The present invention is designed to provide the apparatus for assembling a magnet capable of accurately attaching the magnet in a determined position of an adhesive applied to a plate. |
