<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology, capable of obtaining processed bee larvae, in which the proteins of the bee larvae are made to have low molecular weights. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided this method for producing the processed bee larvae characterized by comprising the process of effecting at least one proteolytic enzyme selected from the group consisting of the proteolytic enzymes originated from Aspergillus melleus, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis on the bee larvae based on the place of production and sex of the bee larvae, and a composition containing the processed bee larvae, obtained by the method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
