PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device, a transmission control method, a transmission control program, and a mobile communication terminal that are capable of providing information used for healthcare even when multiple operation managements are performed.SOLUTION: A measurement device 16 receives user identification information and registrations of a plurality of transmission destinations. The measurement device 16 associates measurement results regarding healthcare with the registered user identification information and transmits the results individually to the plurality of transmission destinations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
