According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a multi-layered ceramic electronic part including: a ceramic body including a capacitance forming layer wherein multiple first and second dielectric layers are arranged in turn; and an external electrode which is arranged on both sides in a length direction of the ceramic body. The capacitance forming layer includes: a first and a second internal electrode which are arranged on the multiple first dielectric layers separately from each other, and are connected to the external electrode by being exposed through both sides of the ceramic body; a first floating electrode which is arranged by being separated from the first and the second internal electrode; and a second floating electrode which is arranged on the multiple second dielectric layers, and is overlapped with a part of the first and the second internal electrode. The ceramic body further includes a protection layer which is arranged between the capacitance forming layer and at least one of an upper plane and a lower plane of the ceramic body, and has a first and a second dummy electrode arranged to be exposed to both sides in a length direction of the ceramic body, and has multiple third dielectric layers wherein multiple third dummy electrodes are arranged separately from each other between the first and the second dummy electrode.
