FLEXIBLE PLATE RUBBER DAM

A flexible rubber dam is provided to improve durability, wear resistance and ozone resistance by coating an outer surface of a rubber beam with a normal temperature curable color cover layer made of polyurethane or urea. A division part(60) is formed in the middle of a flexible rubber dam to radiate a free end up and down, and an additional part(70) is formed at the other end of a rubber beam(10) of a rubber sheet(20). The division part is surrounded by reinforced fiber layers(30,40), and the rubber beam is arranged across stream of water. A flexible rubber dam is vertically placed or turned over by injecting and discharging air, and an adhesive member(80) is spread in an outer surface of the rubber beam. A color cover layer(90) is formed by entirely injecting normal temperature curable color liquid material made of polyurethane or urea on the surface of the adhesive member. The thickness of the color cover layer is 1 mm to 2 mm.
