METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE HARD-COATED OPTICAL FILTER WITH HIGH-HARDNESS PROPERTY AND OPTICAL FILTER USING THEREOF

A method of manufacturing a hard coated optical filter having a high-hardness and an optical filter manufactured by the same are provided to evenly dispense a hard coating composition by a spray coating method. A polarized light filter is used as an optical support layer. A hard coating composition is coated on an optical support layer by a coating head, of which the spray pressure and spray amount are adjustable, to form a hard coating layer. The hard coating layer consists of an acrylate based curing resin of 60 to 95wt%, a hardener of 1.5 to 15wt%, and a leveling agent of 0.1 to 3wt%. A hard coated optical filter coated with the hard coating layer is cured through a light curing process.
