Mouldings with density at least 120 kg/3 m are made from polyurethane foams with a compact surface by foaming, in a mould, a reaction mixt. contg. (a) an aromatic polyisocyanate, (b) an organic cpd. with at least 2 gps. reactive with NCO, (c) salts contg. water of crystallisation as blowing agent, opt. with chemical or physical blowing agents, and opt. (d) auxiliaries and additives, while maintaining an NCO factor of 75-1500 (NCO factor = (number of NCO gps./number of NCO-reactive gps.) x 100). |
