<p>A part confirmation device for heat treatment apparatus which prevents production of defective products due to abnormal placement of parts by installing a discrimination means on the heat treatment apparatus so that the discrimination means can simply confirm a placement condition of a part within the heat treatment apparatus is provided. In a heat treatment apparatus comprising a plug(10) onto which a part(100) is inserted; a reference block(20) installed on a lower portion of the plug; a body(30) for housing the plug; and a spray nozzle(40) installed on an inner portion of the body to spray cooling water onto the part inserted onto the plug, a part confirmation device for heat treatment apparatus comprises: a contact plate(50) installed in an inner upper part of the body in such a way that the contact plate comes in contact with an upper surface of the part; plural supporting rods(51) which are projectingly formed on an upper surface of the contact plate, and of which upper portions are inserted into the body in such a manner that the supporting rods are exposed to the outside of the body; liftable-and-lowerable members(60) formed on upper ends of the supporting rods; elastic members(70) inserted onto the supporting rods; and proximity sensors(80) installed at an upper side of the body to sense the liftable-and-lowerable members.</p> |
