<p>The present invention relates to a process for producing a cold-adapted influenza virus by conducting passage culture of influenza virus capable of actively growing in fertilized egg selected as parent virus, in the fertilized egg at low temperatures of from 30 °C to 24 °C, cold-adapted influenza viruses HTCA-A101, HTCA-B102 and HTCA-B104 prepared by said process, a recombinant cold-adapted influenza virus prepared by co-infecting the host cell with said cold adapted influenza virus and a wild type influenza virus, and an influenza vaccine comprising said cold adapted influenza virus and/or said recombinant cold adapted influenza virus.</p> |
