FIELD: metallurgy industry; methods of usage of the excesses of oxygen at the metallurgical enterprise. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, mainly to the advantage to raise the efficiency to of usage of the excesses of oxygen. The method provides for feeding of the excesses of oxygen into the burning air medium of the burners of the using fuel aggregates from the system of the separation blocks at variation of their pressures within the limits from 8 up to 35 kPa, without additional expenditures used for compression of the oxygen, and maintaining of the required level of the burning by variation of the oxygen consumption within the limits of up to 30000 Hm3/h, with the simultaneous change of the composition and consumption of the fuel and the burning air.
