FIELD: fat-and-oil industry; methods of the reactant-free soap stocks concentration. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of fat-and-oil industry, in particular, to the refining production, where the soap stock is formed. The method of the reactant-free soap stocks concentration includes removal of the moisture from the soap stocks, separation of the soap stocks by aging into two layers: the fatty layer and the emulsion layer. The emulsion layer is gated through the ultra- filtration diaphragm with pore sizes of 100-300 Å, at the pressure of 4-6 atm, the temperature of the emulsion passing through the diaphragm - 70°C -90°C and the speed of the layer passing through the diaphragm of 3 m/s with the subsequent transfer of the concentrated layer into the previously separated fatty layer with production of the soap stock concentrate.
