PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of DC recovery at a pedestal level at an input of a sink on green SOG signal in a display device. SOLUTION: A delay section 8 delays a synchronizing signal (b) separated from an SOG signal (a) by a synchronization separator section 7 by a delay timeτat a delay section 8 and a monostable multivibrator 9 generates a clamp pulse (g) by using a trailing edge of a delay synchronizing signal (f) as a trigger. A DC recovery section 5 clamps a drive output (d) whose synchronizing signal part is saturated by using the clamp pulse (g) whose phase is shifted by the delay timeτwith respect to the synchronizing signal (b) to obtain a DC recovery output (h) given to a CRT 6.
