PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt having heat resistance, made excellent in dimensional accuracy even under high temperature environment, excellent in flexure fatigue life, further good in heat conductivity and suitable as an image fixing belt for a copying machine or a printer, and an image fixing device equipped with the endless belt. SOLUTION: As for this endless belt 1 having structure that heat resistant film made of high polymer material which is not melted and decomposed at <350 deg.C is stuck and laminated by heat resistance resin film thickness is 2 to 30μm, resin thickness is 1 to 20μm, belt thickness is 50 to 300μm, the volume percentage of the film in the belt is 55 to 95%, and the film is laminated and wound at least twice, then an interlayer peeling part having >=1 mm length is not caused even in the case of holding the belt at 200 deg.C for one minute. Such an endless belt and the image fixing device equipped with the endless belt are provided.
