PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing having a longer life and capable of preventing flaking accompanying a white structure change caused by hydrogen brittleness under conditions such as high temperature, high speed, high load, and an environment apt to suffer water invasion from the outside.
