<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which can effectively conduct without malfunction a diagnosis of fuel gas leakage arising from a part damage of a fuel supplying line due to a shock on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with an acceleration sensor 10 detecting a shock on a vehicle and a hydrogen concentration sensor 2 or 3 which detects a concentration of hydrogen. In a control unit 100, when a shock value detected by the acceleration sensor 10 is less than a pre-determined diagnosis value (a first shock threshold) A1 and exceeds a diagnosis value (a second shock threshold) A2 which is smaller than the above diagnosis value A1, gas leakage is diagnosed by the hydrogen concentration sensor 2 or 3. When a shock value falls in a region from the diagnosis values A1 to A2, a supply of hydrogen is stopped by a diagnosis of gas leakage, in such a case that a hydrogen concentration detected by the hydrogen sensor 2 or 3 exceeds a diagnosis value (a first gas concentration threshold) Dh1 which is smaller than a threshold to be diagnosed as an ordinary gas leakage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
