The valve has a valve shutter cooperating with an actuator housed in an actuator chamber (10), and a valve seat housed in a control chamber (11). A sealing unit (19) is provided between frontal surfaces (21, 22) of respective shutter segments (3.1, 3.2) of the shutter and tightly separates the chamber (11) from the chamber (10). The segment (3.2) slides transversally to a valve axis (25) in a pressure reduction channel (39).
