PURPOSE:To easily carry a drum where an insertion part is taken up by providing a drum unit which has said drum and a bearing part for supporting the drum freely rotatably. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the drum unit which has the drum 5 where the insertion part provided with a self-running part is taken up and the bearing part 2 for supporting the drum 6 freely rotatably. Further, a pressure generating and adjusting device 25 as a different body from the drum 6 is provided, a fluid rotary coupling element 24 which connects a unit-side conduit connected to the self-running part to a transmission-side conduit 29 connected to the pressure adjusting device 25 rotatably is provided on the rotary shaft of the drum 6, and the pressure adjusting device 25 is arranged outside the drum 6. In this constitution, a pressurized fluid from the pressure adjusting device 25 placed outside the drum 6 passes through the transmission-side conduit 29, fluid rotary coupling element 24, and unit-side conduit to drive the self- running part which is sent to the self-running part. Consequently, the pressure generating and adjusting device need not be installed in the drum, which is easily carried. |
