<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby an automatic payment from a bank account or credit is not used for settlement. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle is equipped with a vehicle-mounted device and an accounting device having a storage part for storing the balance. When a toll is inputted from a roadside unit through the vehicle-mounted device, the accounting device subtracts an amount equivalent to the inputted toll from the balance in the storage part. The vehicle is further mounted with a navigation device, which compares the toll to the destination and the balance stored in the storage part of the accounting device, and determines whether the balance should be replenished or not. If it determines that the balance should be replenished, it searches a spot which has a facility where the amount in the storage part can be increased, and displays the spot. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
