<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag favorably negating parasitic capacity. <P>SOLUTION: This RFID tag is provided with: a base sheet 2; an antenna pattern 3 provided on the base sheet 2 for forming an antenna for communication and including a tapered (a triangle shape) pad 3a as a connection terminal to the antenna; a bump 6 mounted on the pad 3a of the antenna pattern 3 as a conductor smaller than the pad 3a; and a circuit chip 4 electrically connected to the antenna pattern 3 through the bump 6 for communicating by radio with the antenna. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
