The invention relates to a device for supporting and attaching a wiper blade (1) and its mounting (2), on a wiper carrier, comprising a connector (3, 4) consisting of two halves (3, 4) connectable to each other and able, in the connected position, to support and lock the blade (1) and said blade mounting (2). According to the invention, each connector half (3, 4) comprises a projecting component (19, 20) able to engage with a matching component, one on said blade and the other on said mounting.
