摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase in interface resistance at a terminal part of an electro-optic device. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display device that is the electro-optic device, a conductive laminated film including a pixel connecting wire 24, a pixel molybdenum film 96 and a pixel transparent conductive film 28 is formed in a pixel part 14 of a lower substrate, and a conductive laminated film including a terminal connecting wire 124 and a terminal transparent conductive film 128 is formed in a terminal part 20. A terminal molybdenum film 197 has the same opening as an opening of a protective insulating film 62. The pixel connecting wire 24 and the terminal connecting wire 124 are formed in the same step, and include an uppermost layer containing titanium. The pixel molybdenum film 96 and the terminal molybdenum film 197 are formed in the same step, and pixel transparent conductive film 28 is formed in the same step with the terminal transparent conductive film 128.
