摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cleave the photocrosslink between strands of a nucleic acid double strand by photoirradiation with long wavelength at low temperature with high efficiency.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for photocleavage of a photocrosslink by photoirradiation to a photocrosslinking nucleic acid double strand having a photocrosslink formed of a photoresponsive base between the strands within a nucleic acid double strand, wherein the photocrosslinking nucleic acid double strand is double-stranded with a strand of photoresponsive-modified nucleic acid having a photoresponsive base having a photo-crosslinkable vinyl structure and an object strand of photo-crosslinkable nucleic acid having a complementary sequence to the photoresponsive-modified nucleic acid; the strand of photoresponsive-modified nucleic acid and the object strand of photo-crosslinked nucleic acid are photo-crosslinked by the photoresponsive base; a photo-crosslinking nucleic acid double strand has a single strand portion at the terminal of the double strand; a strand of an inserting nucleic acid having a sequence complementary to the single strand portion of a strand having the single stranded portion of the terminal and the double stranded portion is added in the manner that it can contact with the photocrosslinking nucleic acid double strand in a solution; and photoirradiation is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
