PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis device and an automatic analysis method, capable of acquiring the concentrations of many items even when there is a small amount of analyte (sample).SOLUTION: One embodiment of an automatic analysis device includes an input part 33, a measurement analysis part (measurement mechanism 1A and analysis part 32), a control part 31, and an output part (display part 34). The input part 33 receives input operation for inputting an amount of first sample and an amount of second sample or an amount of third sample in which the first sample and the second sample are mixed. The measurement analysis part measures the third sample to analyze the third sample. The control part 31 calculates the concentration of the first sample on the basis of the concentration of the third sample and the concentration of the second sample.
