PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict variance of a subject before variance occurs, thereby to present risk.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: retrieval means of retrieving medical care information of a patient on the basis of medical care plan information described in a clinical path of a subject, and specifying a case of a patient having difference between a medical care plan of the subject and progress; extraction means of extracting a case in which it is determined that there is a risk on the basis of risk information, among cases specified by retrieval with the retrieval means; clustering means of clustering a case extracted by the extraction means for each attribute of a corresponding patient; and display means of displaying a degree of association of a risk indicated by the risk information for each attribute of the subject, on the basis of a result of clustering with the clustering means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
