PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery which can resist against use by a larger current and in a wider range of temperature while ensuring safety and productivity of the battery. SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous seconclary battery formed by storing a positive/ negative electrode 8, 9 capable of storing/releasing lithium and a nonqueous electrolyte containing lithium salt in a battery vessel, porosmty in a compound constituting the positive electrode 8 and/or negative electrode 9 is 10% or more 45% or less, as the concerned nonaqueous electrolyte, a nonaqueous electrolyte is used, which dissolves lithium salt containing fluorine in a mixed solvent at least containing at least one kind of esters and ethylene carbonate selected from a group consisting of dimethyl carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate, propionic acid methyl, propionic acid ethyi, methoxy methyl acetate and methoxy ethyl acetate. |
