PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to bring into a high frequency state, and to use a high dielectric constant dielectric as a built-in capacitor dielectric layer. SOLUTION: This low temperature fired ceramic package 11 is formed by stacking and press-bonding a plurality of low temperature fired ceramic green sheets 12 at 1000 deg.C or lower, and a decoupling capacitor layer 21 is formed in the inner layer. The dielectric layer 22 of the capacitor layer 21 is formed by printing the dielectric paste such as a lead titanate group (pbTiO3 , pbTi2 O5 , pbTi3 O7 etc.), and electrode layers 23 and 24 are formed by the low melting point metal such as Ag, Ag/Pd, Au and the like on both surface of the dielectric layer 22. The paste of the barium titanate group can be fired without generation of delimitation, and the capacitance of seven layer component of the capacitor layer using the conventional alumina green sheet can be obtained by one layer of the above-mentioned capacitor layer 21. |
