QUICK FREEZING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A quick freezing device is provided to make a cooling object quickly cooled off by injecting coolant directly on the surface of a cooling object. CONSTITUTION: The quick cooling device comprises; An airtight vessel(1) equipped with an opening/closing lid(1a) to be able to house cooling object(100); a pressure vessel(2); a coolant supply tube(13) installed between the airtight vessel(1) and the pressure vessel(2) to deliver the coolant in the pressure vessel(2) into the airtight vessel(1); an expanding device(5) to depressurize and expand the coolant to be delivered into the airtight vessel(1) to meet the evaporation condition; a feeding pump(3) installed between the expanding device(5) and the pressure vessel(2); and a feeding valve(4) installed between the feeding pump(3) and the expanding device(5).
