PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle structure capable of smoothing the appearance and enhancing the watertightness thereof. SOLUTION: An outer face 12a and an outer face 14a of a panel 12 and a jumble laminae 14 are located on the same plane, and end faces thereof are vertically butted to each other, and the panel and the jumble laminae are continuously welded to each other from inner sides of these two outer plates. A skeleton member 30 of a hat-shaped section having a pair of flange parts 30a, 30b is welded to the panel 12 and the jumble laminae 14 so as to cover a welded part 31 on the inner side of these two outer plates. The upper flange part 30a is lap-welded to the inner face of the panel 12 by the spot welding S1, and the lower flange part 30b is lap-welded to the inner face of the jumble laminae 14 by the spot welding S2.
