PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease load fluctuation of an operation knob due to the rotation moment of moving fins in a register. SOLUTION: Moving vertical fins 31 deflecting a direction of airflow blowing off from an air blow-off port are disposed in the register 10. The operation knob 21 is disposed on a front surface of the register 10, and a pair of nodes 41, 42 of a cam 4 is formed on the operation knob 21. The first node 41 and the second node 42 are positioned on opposite sides each other in regard to a straight line connecting a rotation shaft 22 of the operation knob 21 and a rotation shaft 32 of a moving vertical fin 31, and an arm 33 is fixed to the rotation shaft 32 of the moving vertical fin 31. A pair of follower nodes of the cam 40 composed of a first follower node 43 following the first node 41 and a second follower node 44 following the second node 42 is formed on the arm 33. The first follower node 43 and the second follower node are positioned on opposite sides each other in regard to a straight line connecting the rotation shaft 22 of the operation knob 21 and the rotation shaft 32 of the moving vertical fin 31.
