<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system, simple and of high quality, with a short drawing around of wires and less fluctuation of a light sources for lighting fixtures, in the lighting system constituted of a plurality of the lighting fixtures and a controller controlling them. <P>SOLUTION: In the lighting system 1 constituted of the plurality of lighting fixtures and the controller for controlling them, the controller and each lighting fixture are connected in series, and the controller is to send a light-controlling signal SIG1 for controlling a lighting fixture A1. According to the signal SIG1, an LED lighting control part 13 supplies a current volume to the light source 11, feeds back its own consumption current from a current detecting part 12 to the controller to adjust the current volume to a given value. At the same time, its own consumption current and that at the next step are compared with a comparator 14, a signal processing part 15 changes light-controlling levels to have them coincide, and sends the information in turn to the next step.
