<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer device for quickly saving data in a volatile memory to a non-volatile memory when a power supply voltage becomes lower than a reference voltage. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer device 1B configured by connecting a CPU 7 and a voltage memory 9 and a non-volatile memory 11 through a bus is provided with a first comparator 3 for comparing a power supply voltage Vdd with a first reference voltage Vref1, and for outputting an interruption request signal when the power supply voltage Vdd becomes lower than the first reference voltage Vref1; a second comparator 4 for comparing the power supply voltage Vdd with the second reference voltage Vref2, and for outputting the interruption request signal when the power supply voltage Vdd becomes lower than the second reference voltage Vref2; and a DMA transfer means 5 to be started according to the interruption request signal from the first comparator 3 and the interruption request signal from the second comparator 4 for transferring the data in the volatile memory 9 through a bus 13 to the non-volatile memory 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
