SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING A CLAIM AGAINST AN ASSET

A method for providing a claim report for a jurisdiction having a plurality of subjurisdictions in respect of an asset is described. The method includes selecting a sub-set of the plurality of sub-jurisdictions based on at least one selection criteria. If the sub-set is a non-null, non-full set, then the method searches each sub jurisdiction of the sub-set of the plurality of sub-jurisdictions for any claims associated with the asset. The method furth er generates the claim report based on claim search results from searching each sub jurisdiction in the sub-set of plurality of sub jurisdictions. A system and computer-executable program cod e relating to the method is also described.
