PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with which it is possible to suppress degradation in image display quality even when image display areas are changed.SOLUTION: The display device comprises: a display unit 30 for displaying an image on a liquid crystal panel 321; and a gamma correction execution unit 22 and a color irregularity correction execution unit 23 for correcting the image displayed on a liquid crystal panel 321. When an image is displayed on a portion of the liquid crystal panel 321, the gamma correction execution unit 22 and the color irregularity correction execution unit 23 make corrections corresponding to the display area in which the image is displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
