PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a vehicle that can contribute to suppression of rise in a failure reference value due to a phenomenon where the head of an occupant inclines backward which is likely to occur at a head-on collision (a front collision).SOLUTION: A seat structure Sof a vehicle, which is equipped with a seat 1A which constrains an occupant D with a seat belt 200, comprises a head part forward tilting mechanism 2A that makes a head h of an occupant D to turn toward the front of the vehicle relative to a trunk b before a head h of the occupant D is tilted toward a rear of the vehicle relative to the trunk b just after a head-on collision (a front collision) of the vehicle.
