The structural frame unit includes a plurality of connectors, beams, columns and cross bracings to define a load bearing, structurally stable three-dimensional structure. At least a subset of the components of a structurally stable three-dimensional structure define connectors configured to secure non-structural wall panels, utilities and exterior cladding relative to the structurally stable three-dimensional structure. |
