The present invention relates to a disembowelment-free dried sea cucumber processing method including an intestine removal process in which fresh sea cucumber intestines are removed, a primary steaming process in which the intestine-removed sea cucumber is washed, boiled, and primarily-steamed, a primary drying process in which the primarily-steamed sea cucumber is subjected to primary drying, a secondary steaming process in which the primarily-dried sea cucumber is boiled again for secondary steaming, and a secondary drying process in which the secondarily-steamed sea cucumber is secondarily dried again. The intestine removal process (S1) for intestine removal is provided with: a tube insertion process (S11) in which a tube is inserted into an anus of a fresh sea cucumber, the tube being hollow inside and open on both sides; a sea cucumber pressing process (S12) in which the fresh sea cucumber with the tube inserted into the anus in the tube insertion process (S11) is pressed; and an intestine extraction process (S13) in which the intestines of the sea cucumber are extracted through the tube inserted into the anus through the sea cucumber pressing process (S12). |
