摘要 The detector has at least one resonant cavity (2) bounded by a mirror (6), chosen from a group comprising Bragg, dielectric multilayer and metal film mirrors, and a second (4) mirror which allows the rays to pass to the detector. The second mirror is chosen from Bragg and dielectric multilayer mirrors or by an air-resonant cavity interface. Within the cavity are at least two absorbent layers (12, 14) which separate an n-type region (20) from two p-type regions (16,18). Each resonant cavity has two electrical contacts allowing reverse bias on one of the p-n junctions to detect the corresponding radiation. Alternatively, there are three electrical contacts allowing reverse bias on both p-n junctions to detect simultaneously the corresponding radiations.
