PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor that can reduce electromagnetic noise propagated to communication wiring.SOLUTION: The electric compressor includes: a control circuit 56 for controlling an inverter 30; and a bus bar 55 connected to the control circuit 56. The electric compressor 10 is provided inside a storage chamber 34 and includes a metal shield member 71 for covering the bus bar 55.
