The lighting module, comprising a preferably elliptical reflector (1) with a concave wall (2), a convergent lens, and a reflective surface or bender (7), has the latter joined by its forward edge to the lens and made with a cut-off rear edge. The concave surface of (1) faces upwards and is situated below the level of (7), with a light source (5) shining downwards into the concavity of (1).
