PERSONAL SECURITY SYSTEM AND TERMINAL EQUIPMENT FOR PHS USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal security system using an existing PHS. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment 2 with a button for emergency can automatically call the telephone number of a management center 5 when the button for the emergency is operated. The management device 6 is connected through an ISDN line 7, an exchange 8 and the base station 1 of the PHS to the terminal equipment 2, receives the ID code of the base station 1 from the terminal equipment 2 as an emergency report and displays the position information of the terminal equipment 2 based on the ID code. Also, when the emergency is reported, the operator of the management center 5 issues a report to the subscribed telephone set 4 of an owner and a dispatch command to an emergency dispatch vehicle 49 by using a telephone set.
