<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic composition for improving durability of an underground structure by injecting into a hollow or soil which exists in the circumference of the underground structure and to provide a repairing method using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic composition comprises a polyvinyl alcohol, water, an organotitanium compound and a calcium aluminate compound. In the elastic composition, it is preferable that CaO/Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>molar ratio of the calcium aluminate compound is 0.8-2.5 and the polyvinyl alcohol and the organotitanium compound are each water-soluble.
