PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict an current location that takes into consideration the movement of a moving body, in the time taken from position specifying request to positional information indication. SOLUTION: A position specifying device 11 of a moving body transmits location information added by an ID of a mobile communication device 12 to the positions measured at fixed time intervals from the mobile communication device 12 to a communication device 41. The location information is received with the communication device 41 of a location distribution device 4 by way of a communication network 3, and is fetched in a current position administration means 421. The current location administration means 421 transfers the acquired information to a location history administration means 422 and to an extracted location analysis means 424. The location history administration means 422 contains the received location information as history information. The extracted location analysis means 424 predicts the actual position of the moving body on the basis of the road network information of the current location information, the location history information and a road information administration means 423, and makes this displayed on an information display 21.
