PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel type acoustic compressor enabling a remarkable increase in capacity and function by solving problems in a conventional type of an acoustic compressor. SOLUTION: A piston 12 axially reciprocatingly vibrated by a single excitation device 1 is slidably fitted to base end inner sides of right and left two acoustic resonance tubes 2 having suction and discharge valves at their tips and disposed on the same axis with their base ends facing each other.
