A fabricating method of contents file for learning a foreign language and a recording medium for storing an editor program to fabricate the contents file for learning the foreign language and for storing player program to play the contents file for learning foreign language are provided to enable a user to use combined skins when studying a foreign language. A script file generation module(11) arranges an original text of a foreign language and a translation script, and those original text and translation script are stored in script file. A skin file generation module(12) matches the original text with the translation script based on the produced and loaded skins. The matched original text and translation script are stored in file. A contents file generation module(15) synchronizes the voice of the loaded audio file with the original text of the script file, and generates a contents file for learning a foreign language.
