PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid composition which has less bitter taste and harsh taste in spite of containing glucosamine and has good flavor by suppressing residual harsh taste.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid composition which comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 8 to 35 mass% of glucosamine or a salt thereof, (B) 10 to 40 mass% of a fat globule membrane component and (C) 1 to 10 mass% of an organic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
