The present invention relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a service processing method and device. The method comprises: an agent node receives a first ciphertext sent by a user agent, the first ciphertext being obtained by encrypting service information using a first key by the user agent; the agent node decrypts the first ciphertext using a second key to obtain the service information; and the agent node sends the service information to a service processing system, so that the service processing system processes the service information as a value-added service, and triggers the process of sending the processed service information to a network server, wherein the first key and the second key are keys agreed upon between the user agent and the agent node when establishing an encrypted connection. The present invention solves the problem that a service processing system cannot provide a value-added service to a user agent that uses an SSL/TLS protocol because the service processing system cannot decrypt a ciphertext, and achieves the effect of expanding the application range of the value-added service. |
