PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of producing a rubber roll capable of suppressing variation of an external diameter of the rubber roll compared with the case where the conveyance speed of a core metal is higher than 120% of the extruding speed of a rubber material when producing a crown-shaped rubber roll by changing the conveyance speed of the core metal, and to provide a method of producing the rubber roll.SOLUTION: In a device of producing a rubber roll, the conveyance speed of a core metal is controlled to be 100% to 120% of the extrusion speed of a rubber material. Thereby, a degree of a change in the pressure loss of the rubber material becomes small. Accordingly, variation of the external diameters of the rubber roll is suppressed compared with the case where the conveyance speed of the core metal 22 is higher than 120% of the extrusion speed of the rubber material when producing a crown-shaped rubber roll by changing the conveyance speed of the core metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
